This thermostat is designed to replace the original RANKO. It can be fitted without removing the top (full instructions provided). Old knob fits. Full instructions supplied.

The thin wire and the sensor must not be damaged, or cut. The original RANKO sensor was much longer but the new Diamond H performs in exactly the same way.
